This event will be a basketball tournament between tenant companies in Mitsui Fudosan offices. One such event was a competitive basketball tournament in which a total of 54 people from nine companies competed. Additionally, Mitsui Fudosan regularly holds walking events for companies. This walking event will last for two months. They will recruit 3 to 5 people per team, up to 100 participants, from tenant companies. Each team competes for BMI (body fat improvement) points, and prizes are awarded to the top performers. If there is a mechanism to enjoy working, maintain and improve health, and increase productivity in a building prepared by a developer, it will be a win-win for both employees and the company.
